One year without self-injury today. It’s my first solid year of non-destructive behavior since I was eleven years old.

RYL is a recovery-based webforum, To Write Love on Her Arms is a fantastic organization, Secret Shame is one of the oldest websites regarding self-injury on the internet, and A Bright Red Scream is one of my favorite books of all time.

In the mean time, I’m going to be writing something about Knefler that I will be posting on here eventually. Hope everyone is doing all right.
